J. Allen Financial Services was founded by James Allen Ashlock in 1998.  He is a Graduate of Freed-Hardeman University, with a B. S. Degree.  Since 1998 Allen Ashlock has worked with over 100 National Financial Institutions.  Allen has the knowledge and experience to handle your financial needs and represent you to your clients.  Only the highest standards of excellence are followed in all our work.   Allen & Mary provide Notary Public services and mortgage closing services in NORTHEAST ARKANSAS.

In addition to Allen is his very capable wife, Mary B. Ashlock.  Mary holds a   B. S. degree and very experienced in computers, office management and loan closings.    Mary serves as Vice President of J. Allen Financial Services.  She too has traveled hundreds of miles all over Northeast Arkansas meeting with borrowers and closing loans.  Mary is an Arkansas Notary Public in good standing and is a member of the NNA CERTIFIED AS A SIGNING AGENT.  She is background cleared through NNAc CERTIFIED  and holds E&O insurance for Notary work.
